Hi , I have an intel G45 chipset with x4500hd onboard graphics card and I am planning to install an nvdia geforce 8800 gtx or equivalent to that chipset and I want to know if can fit the nvidia graphics card on the G45 chipset Thanks a lot
The onboard graphics chip cannot be removed on a motherboard (its usually soldered into the motherboard), your 8800GTX will fit into a PCI-Express slot on the motherboard, about a third from the bottom of the motherboard.
