Hia people, I havent been posting here for a while good to be back. I`m runing out of games to play :S good ones that is, and FF7 is getting boring after the 15th playthrough..... I got this brand new pc also, runing crysis on medium with 4xAA no lags. I want some good games for my pc, but I feel like I`ve played them all -.- I like RPGs and horror FPS games alot, but I find some other games fun aswell. Any suggestions on some games I should get? Currently playing peggle on steam cause I`m so bored xD and pls no more MMORPGS, last time someone suggested a MMORPG I got stuck playing WoW 12 hours a day for 3 years straight. lol neverending games are dangerous for a gamefreak with alot of free time =)
Lol, didn't know you used to play WoW Did you completely stop? You should come back when Cata comes out. I'm not sure if you are into RTS but I just got Starcraft II and am really enjoying it! It's definitely worth playing if you are into RTS.
I never completely stop with WoW xD I still got 7 months of gametime....I hate runing out of gametime so I filled upp some lol and meh if starcraft 2 is anything like starcraft1 or any red alert games then I dont really like it. I get owned so hard xD I honestly suck at multiplayer strategy games :S I`m more of a Co-op player on multiplayer games, thats why I only do PvE inn WoW >.< currently got my hands on a game called Last Remnant, its kind of a final fantasy spinoff made by square enix, if its no good I`ll start looking again. Seems like a damn long game also lol
I grew tired of MW2, played it of and on for a few months. Its so lame inn 1 way, once you get a killstreak its just kill after kill after kill.....unfair I will say. And knifing is OP, I got 2 nukes on runing around with tactical knife -.- this game is just 2 easy online sometimes, very unfair and anoying. Also there are infinite ammo cheat, instant 10th prestige and cheat death cheats around, I`ve tried this myself on my xbox once to see if it worked, got a friend to help me set it upp. I mean I got scores like 40-0 6-7 rounds inn a row, I see alot of people using these cheats while spectating them. You can play for months without getting cought.........after that I stopped playing. My friend just got cought btw, he made a new account yesterday, today he is on 10th prestige with a kill death ratio of 6.3
RPG, maybe the Baldurs gate series and Dragon Age: Origins, haven't tried it yet but it's supposed to be good. Dunno lots of RPG on PC.

Ah some good classic games mentioned here, bring back memories. If we are going to mention oldschool RPGS though, I'd add in Falout 1 & 2 in there, along with the classic hack & slash/rpg Diablo 1 + 2 especially with Diablo 3 coming up soon!
RPG on PC. Well, Neverwinter Nights (everything), Planescape Torment, Arcanum, Vampire The Masquerade (Redemption+Bloodlines), Temple of Elemental Evil, Drakensang (relatively new, but very old school, Baldur's Gate style), Mass Effect 1+2, Alpha Protocol (vastly underrated ). I could add more because RPG it's my favorite genre. Good TBS: Fantasy Wars, Elven Legacy + expansions (if you've ever played Fantasy General and liked it, those two titles are certainly for you), King's Bounty (The Legend, Armored Princess, Crossworlds - excellent revival of the title that started the Heroes series). RTT games: Men of War, Silent Heroes, Soldiers- Heroes of World War 2, Company of Heroes (everything), Warhammer (the entire Dawn of War saga, even if mainly for the story and the atmosphere), Total War series, Civ 4 & 5. Other interesting games: Tropico 3, Patrician 4, Dead Space, Mirror's Edge, Assassin Creed 2 ( for the completion you can try the first one too, but the second it really hits the spot), Battlefield Bad Company 2, The Saboteur (really underrated with great atmosphere and story). This is just a quick rundown.
If you think you are getting bored by playing old game which are in your PC the load a new game called "Prince of Persia" in your PC and enjoy.
lol gotta love how people post inn dead threads >.< forgot to say thanks for all the suggestions has had a load of fun playing some new games I hadnt even heard about ^^ but right now CoD black ops and WoW Cataclysm is the only games I spend my time on (exept a few LAN matches of CS 1.6 and C&C and BF2 online xD). They are so time consuming xD good thing I got lots of spare time on my hands. now.....what to do....lvl upp my 6 80s to 85 ooor go play tag with the crossbow on CoD......hmmmmm
Crysis2 game is nice shooter game. If you want to play another game so try Mafia 2. It is such a nice game. Graphic is very best. I am also played this game.
I mainly stick to PC gaming since my laptop can run games at higher graphics then my xbox xD I`ve completed Crysis2 and to be honest, it looked nice and is worth playing through once or twice just to see the insanely graphical cutscenes. But the gameplay itself is boring and repedative. The guns all feel like they have no weight to them. And the game feels kinda empty with a porely put together and rushed storyline. The story is great, but the way they tell it is bad. Innstead of having you play the game and learn the story, they tell you most of the story inn cutscenes then have you play the game. I also get sick of killing the same enemies over and over. And playing on the easiest difficulty I still have to take cover every 10 sec to not get killed. This is just a cheep way to make the game feel longer when its actually short. Ups, turned into a crysis2 review xD guess I`ll give it a score to then: 4/10 but still worth to play through just to see the cutscenes, looks better then a movie lol I`ll take a look at the mafia2 trailer, but dont think I`ll have time to play it since I got a new job coming upp ^^ I`d like to recomend Dead space2 for every blood, gore and horror loving gamer out there. And I`d like to warn you against buying Homefront, wich is one of the worst games I`ve ever played. Its nothing but a call of duty ripoff without the good graphics, or gameplay, or anything actually xD
I also played a lot of MMORPG such as RF, Rohan, Perfect World and Ragnarok Online since 2003 but now Im currently playing Uncharted Waters Online. I can recommend you this if you love nautical themes and strategic sea battle like I do. It also has a lot of quests and jobs to choose from and lots of places to visit and explore.
I`m following game reviewers on youtube and blistered thumbs atm to keep upp with new games. Sadly I still find Nintendo64 and PS1 games better then most games released today =) but thanks for the tip ^^
I'm really digging Dragon Nest right now. It's a Free MMO and has sort of an action gameplay style. The graphics are cartoon inspired and the customization is ok. I use my wired xbox controller to play it and it has been really fun. I've only been playing it for a couple days, but I have to say... it's pretty good for a Free MMO, Also Aion isn't bad if you're more into the serious graphics kind of thing. It's basically Lineage 3... Anyway, I hope this helps!
