Lately I have noticed, perhaps I should have noticed sooner, that two very clear types of multiplayer FPS are being produced. On one hand we have the old fashioned everyone starts equal and you pick up your weapons in the field and blow each other to bits with a twitch of your mouse. On the other hand we have the slow tactical, choose you class on entry into the map with restricted weapon use and battlefield roles. Which do you prefer?
+1 I pay my homage to CS, one of my favorite games all-time. One of the reasons I enjoyed TF2/Ghost Recon so much was the tactical-aspect of it.
