I have an old pentium3 1.13 ghz with two 40gb seagate hdd. I use my first hdd as c: and the other d: just for saving photos and files. Suddenly when I was downloading pictures from the internet my system freezes and I have to restart my system by pressing the restart button. I got this message 'failure to boot'. bios can detect both of my hdd. My system is slow in booting up.I went to access my 2nd hdd inside "my computer' but it seems its not partitioned and it doesnt allow me to open the drive.I tried to recover my files using hdd regenerator but failed.I tried using Active Recovery. It was able to detect my files but halfway on the process of recovering it will just stopped. If i checked 'my computer' my 2nd hdd (drive D: ) is no longer being detected.I have to restart my computer again so that my system will detect my 2nd hdd. Is there any way i can save retrieve my file?
