You, comrade, are infected with Spyware... I suggest you download either Spybot S&D or Ad-aware. it will probably remove it. If it doesn't, let us know (because it would mean you could have a browser hijacker)

I didnt get this specific spyware but if its not identified by ad-aware it will be by spybot. The best thing is to have them both. this way you will be 100% spyware free. Download at http://www.safer-networking.org/
try looking in C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Installations or C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files and see if you can uninstall it from there or add/remove programs

You got a browser hijacker. Download HijackThis Scan your machine, and paste the log here. We'll see what has to be killed.
thanks it worked i deleted everything (over 80 items). Thanks to everybody who posted with ideas. it removed all those bad things from my IE but i still have this dumb java ad when i right click on my recycle bin. there it is:
