  1. With all the new/updated browsers now, just wondering which are people's favorites.
  2. For me its IE7 becasue its simply and easy to navagate through.
  3. Chrome for me, it gives you all basic functionality and nice interface, I just don't need more.
Firefox is second for me, right after Chrome, light packing with possibility for big functionality. It can give you whatever you need. For IE, I just cant make myself to use it, I have no feeling of being safe with it.
  4. Firefox all the way. I love the addons and stuff you can tweak it with, and just the general user interface.
  5. FF3 here. Chrome is nice, because its simple and effective, but I find it lacks many features that FF has.
  6. I have FF, IE8, Opera, Safari, and Chrome installed.

I find myself only using FF / IE, mostly FF - some sites don't work well with FF (even using IE Tab), so that's why I use IE
  7. FF.
Never had any trouble with it, I like the addons and it's fun to tweak and try out new stuff with.
  8. Mozilla Firefox has gaven me good luck so far.
  9. FF3 rocks.
  10. I must be one of the few who don't like fire fox!
IE for some stuff but Chrome for most.
  11. Now this happened with Chrome!
    Never double posted with IE!
  12. I had the same problem i posted then it said plz wait for 60secs before posting again then said i double posted:confused:.
  13. I voted other:
    For Mac OS X: Safari
    For Windows or Linux: Firefox
On Windows 7: I'm actually using IE8 just by default but it hasn't sucked bad enough for me to switch it, so I'm impressed.
  14. He's alive

  15. I was thinking the same thing :D

    WB eCK0!

Back in the day I felt the same about Fire Fox. I thought it was horrible, it had memory leaks, it would sometimes max my CPU usage with only a few tabs open, etc, but FF3 seems to be pretty solid.
  16. Thanks, thought I'd stop being so selfish and come back and see if I could help any body out with my new knowledge :)
  17. Now that he's a "Genious" and all :sarcastic
  18. Is chrone still beta?

I am asking this because I do lots of online banking and I don't want to risk. Is it safe using chrome?
  19. What Google product aint beta?
  20. Chrome is not beta anymore.
v 1.0 is already out, and there is also 2.0b beta.

And as much as I heard about it, those banking programs doesn't work well with chrome... actually they don't work at all.

And its funny, I use chrome and don't have any double posting problems... Actually since beta, I didn't have any problems at all.
  21. Mmm.. Yes.. Vile can you change my title to Genius? :p
  22. I use FF3 but only because of the themes and addons. I really feel it is a bloated pig but cant seem to switch to anything else.

Right now, in Mint, I have: FF3, Chromium (codeweavers crossover Chrome), opera, Galeon, Midori, Epiphany, Konqueror, Seamonkey, Lynx, Links2 (CLI), Dillo, Flock, Netscape Navigator 9, and IE7 running in Wine.

In Vista I am running FF3 100% of the time but did upgrade IE7 to IE8 even though I hate IE and will not use it unless I have to.
  23. Sounds good to me :p

It's good to see you active Vile, it really is!
  24. Fire Fox for the win :)

  25. You forgot the Greasemonkey plugin + userscripts.org :D
  26. Opera. Been using it for years now. I like its interface. And ive read in "mikrobitti" (Finnish pc magazine) that opera is most secure browser. There is only 1 problem..... it doesent work with all sites, but nowadays is works perfectly almost everywhere.
  27. Nothing can beat Firefox 3!!

IE 8 is another beautiful piece of crap from M$.

Opera 10 Alpha seems good, but not comparable to the fox...

Chrome...... I didnt like it somehow :(
  28. Opera. Always innovative. Many features that Firefox had at launch and IE 7 and Chrome included later, were pure ripoffs from Opera. And everyone it's still getting every new feature that Opera puts in their browser.
  29. Seamonkey and Firefox for me
  30. I only used I.E so I can't comment about those other browsers.
  31. Personally, I love chrome. It's fast, it does not crash, and it's easy to navigate
