Earthbound Sequal?

Im sure this has been discussed in the past but i just needed to know. Is there going to be an Earthbound sequal!?! I remember seeing in Electronic Gaming Monthly (maybe Octobers issue) screen shots of a GBA version that was suposed to come out before christmas, what happened? Any info would be great.

Apperantly it got delayed from what ive heard at gamespot.com.

ya I heard that to. But I need a new earthbound or just a port to GBA would be nice...I was crushed when the 64 version was cancelled

No, the worst was in Super Smash Brothers Melee when they brough back Ness as a playable character and had the Earthbound Trophies. That was painful. Seeing Onett, and little Ness walking around...*sniff* soooo many memories.

The sequel probably won't be out for a while, but I'd rather have a well made game then a quickly put together, crappy game.

True that, like Eathbound 64 was in the making for awhile and the screens and trailer looked really cool...But I want a sequal that is based around the characters from the SNES version...I.E. NEss, poo, jeff, paula, etc

Earthbound on gba was delayed thats all i know.

Abt the 64 version well it came up but was never made
