Mafia Installation, cannot read disk

Hi,

I did what every normal patron would do. I ended up with 3 disks, Mafia CD 1, Mafia CD 2, and Mafia CD 3. Here is what happens to me when I try to run the Mafia CD 1.

After placing the CD1 into the try, the auto run is active and it pops up the MafiaLauncher. I click on install and choose where to install the game. After I'm done with that, I'm ready to install the game. But the problem is, it's asking me for disk 1.

Then when I cancel out through the whole process since I can't get the CD1 to read I get this.

Can anyone please help me? I really have no idea why it does this. First back I had problem with like this.

A1.DTA from disk one that means the file is missing or its been damaged look for that file in the cd if not there you have a problem , use a hard disk?
