just got a Gamecube
I have just bought a GameCube (I know I'm 20 years old, but I still like all these games...even the ones with mario and so )
And honestly, I'm happy about it. But I heard that GC is doing bad on the market... XBOX and PS2 are "pushing it away"...
Are these rumours true?

Pfiuuuuuu! What a luck not to be alone playing on the GC
My next buy will be -guess what- Wario World.
I also borrowed Medal of honor from a friend for a few days, the graphics are better than on PC, but controlling your crosshair with the gamepad is almost impossible...
I guess it's because I'm not used to it.
The PC still rules for games like 3D shooters and RTS games!

LOL. Dude... What does age have to do with anything? I'm going to be 32 soon. I have a PC with a zillion games, PSX, PS2, Saturn, Dreamcast, Gameboy Advance, & Gamecube. I plan on playing games until I'm too old to clean my own butt.

LOL !
I guess you're right. I suppose we are what would be called "hard-core gamers" When I stay home in the evening, I almost never watch TV, I alway play, and when I'm in the train on my way to school, I play with the Game Boy Advance.

Didn't read the replies, but congrats on the GC, cause it's a good console IMO.

YEAH GC ROCKS and it is like soo notdoing badly on the market its a fair contestant in japan as the XBOX is doing so craptaculaly in japan and recent sales fiures say that the GC is the second best Gameing console out there( Next to PS2 which is also good) with such killer games like METROID PRIME and Upcomg ZELDA and i know GC will do well better than the Xbox thats for sure

GC is a sweet system. Resident Evil 4 will be sweet, Zelda with the two person ability will rock, shooters are best with the GC controller, and I can go on and on. I have a PS2 and a GC and that is all i need. I get the great sony titles with the PS2 and the Great nintendo characters (plus a few sony ones..i.e. resident evil ), so what else do you need. Congrats on the GC man, you are in for a treat.
