I just had the Magic 2 chip installed for my US v5 PS2 and now the laser has trouble reading DVD and DVD-R games (the installer/tester says it goes to a red screen) but IT HAS NO PROBLEM reading CD and CD-R games and the guy who installed it (he is a professional and has done this many times before) tried adjusting the laser but that didn't work either and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions as what to do now? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
