need help with Football manager 2006 nocd patch

I actually used fm 2005 no cd crack re-named it fm copy paste into the program files and click play and it worked and it came up at the menu with fm 2006 etc. so i went to a new game but it came out something like couldnt load database (cant mind) so i just thought i would let some1 know incase they can fig it out

all you have to do is mount the image using daemon tools and change the compatability...go to programs in the start menu, sports interactive and right click football manager 2006 and under compatability change it to Windows NT Version....simple

yeah, compability thing also works with alcohol

Better stay away from compatability mode. Mount the game with Daemon Tools (don't even have to be 4.0) and use SD4Hide. Maby with Daemon Tools 4 the blacklist has been circumvented so you don't have to use SD4Hide.
