GTR Fia GT

Need help with starforce protection on the GTR Fia GT game.
I can't pass the protection. Somebody knows how to?
What I was dooing was this:

1) Mount the full iso image & install the game
2) Do not run the game
3) Remove daemon tools if installed
4) Mount the GTR Fia racing mini image using Alcohol 120% (download mini image from gameburnworld>
5) Disable the CDROM , Node , Disable CH2(if ur cdrom is in secondary slave) using starforce nightmare
6) Goto hardware->device manager->DVD/CD roms (u must not see any cd drive activated except Generic cdrom device)
7> type regedit in startmenu & navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\R oot\SYSTEM\
8) in one the 3 keys i.e 0000,0001,0003 u must search for (DeviceDesc:PnP BIOS Extension)
9) if the key is 0003 then right click the key & select permissions. In group name select SYSTEM
10) check READ option to deny & click apply
11) Run GTR.exe . Let GTR install copyprotection software & then reboot.
12> After rebooting again disable cd-rom.
13) Click on GTR.exe it will ask for serial enter it & game will run

I think I'm dooing all the steps but I can't play the game because the protection says to insert the right disk...

Please help, I'm desperate!!!

What happens when you ignore all the above and play with the gtr cd in the drive?

Insructions I have are a lot simplier. This is for version 1.3 of the game.

GTR FIA GT Racing Game

Running it:

* mount the full image and install
* reboot
* run starforce nightmare and press the following buttons:
1. disable CD
2. Disable node
* mount the miniimage
* run it
* use serial ****************
* play the damned game finally

If you have manually blacklisted virtual drives in the registry previously, undo those before running starforce nightmare.

Hi all. I`ve got original GTR game. I`ve installed it, updated it to 1.4.0.0 version, reboot computer, mount mini-image to DAEMON Tools 3.47, launch sfnightmare, disable primary/secondary master/slave, then press "disable cd" button, and launch the game. Enjoy. But...Starforce version in GTR 1.4.0.0 is 3.4.76.00, in TrackMania: Sunrise 1.4.6 (english version), I `ve got it original too , StarForce version is LOWER than GTR. It`s 3.4.71.19!!!!!!!!!!
But I CAN`T PLAY TM:S with mini-image with method mentioned above... WHY? I don`t know, everytime I find a mini-image for TM: S and mount it with D-Tools, mini-image cd label is SCCT, which probably means Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. Does anybody has got a GOOD MINI-IMAGE for TRACKMANIA: SUNRISE? When I launch game with my methods, I`ll post it in this forum. I promise.

With my method U CAN`T MANUAL BLACKLISTING KEY VALUES IN REGISTRY, otherwise it won`t work. :]
Just leave alone windows registry lol.

When U try to blacklist some key values in win registry, U can play MAX GTR 1.2.3.0 version.

But if U have got english version (1.3.0.0), I suggest to update the game to 1.4.0.0 and use my method. Works 100%!
