Mafia v1.2 Patch and Trainer

hi

i recently downloaded the Mafia v1.2 patch, and when trying to install it, it just says 'Do you want to uninstall Mafia?' Why is this? I tried updating to v1.1, but it says most recent version already installed or whatever, but I am using a v1.0 crack from MegaGames.

Also, the Trainer 19 for Mafia doesn't work for me. The game just crashes everytime I load into the game with the Trainer running. (even though this trainer would be awesome IF IT WORKED for me) How would I get this trainer working, because I tried the other 2 trainers on MG and they turned out to be a form of keystroke logging viruses, so I really need help!

U need to update the nocd as well as the trainer if you are updating the game!
