Can't connect to xbox

Hello, I am having trouble getting my xbox to connect to my pc. I changed the tcp/ipo settings on my computer to 192.168.0.1 with subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, then typed in my static ip of 192.168.0.2 in evox and default gateway of 192.168.0.1 in evox as well. When I try to ftp it, I type in 192.168.0.2 on the computer use xbox as username and password with port 21 and it just says that the address is offline. I am using a crossover cable as well. Any help is appreciated.

Use xbox as password n xbox as user! it is very important, try my settings xbox ip:
192.168.1.102
255.255.255.0
192.168.100.1

pc:
192.168.1.100
255.255.255.0
192.168.100.1

select yes for the first 2 options on evox settings, dont forget to hit save and exit on your xbox, also reboot your xbox when you change you pc's ip, if it doesn't connect just change the last number n play around with it!

I am not sure where to select "yes" to on evox. I am going to try to attach a snapshot of the screen and see what you guys can make of it.

Wow you have a lot more options than me. I finally got it to work though. I was using cuteftp, I downloaded flashfxp and it works perfect now. Thanks for all the help.

Must be your evox version! upgrade it
