PS2 Boot problems

I have a PS2 No-Solder Modchip but i cant boot some games, i.e GT Concept, Socom and gumball 3000 does anyone know why this is?

My brother has a neo2 chip and he can boot there game son his computer but he doesnt do it in the normal way.

Can i play these games some how ?

I don't suggest to run a ModChip in PS2 -But whats my suggestion- It's what your is
So take it out and try Gt or w/e

u cant boot them games because they are proberly over 650mb which is the no-solder chips boot limit on cdr games so u will have to use a no mod patch on them or get a proper chip

don't u need a DVD burner to boot ps2 games

u need a dvd burner to do 1:1 copies of dvd ps2 games ,but alot of the dvd games are ripped to 1 or more cdr's which u can download and burn with a normal cd writer ,then all u need is a chip to boot them in the ps2
