unreal 2 wont install

hey yall

i bought unreal 2 and went to install it. all was gonna fine till about 86% and it came up wit sum error and now wen i put in the cd to install again, the install button is all greyed out and itll go to install and come up wit this error

An installation support file could not be installed

Catastrophic error

go to Add / Remove programs in control panel and check if you can uninstall the game there
