I'm having some problems with a topmenu that I want to add to my site. The thing is, a cell is suppose to fall down every time you hover over the "links" but it's like the cells just falls down behind the frame underneath it???

Notice the scollbars that appear every time a cell dropsdown?!?!?!
How do I make the cells overlap the other frame?????????
