What's the best way, if possible, to create menus on VCD's and what's the best software to use. I'm using Nero at the moment.

Try looking on www.vcdhelp.com

That will tell you the best software to use.

only vcd 2.0 can have menus try using vcdeasy i thinck it has a menu thing
