Domain Registration

Hello,

Ive seen websites on the internet that try to register domains as soon as they have expired, without having to wait the usual 40 odd days before the old registrar releases it.

Does anyone know any websites that offer this service?

Basically, there is a domain I wish to register but it is taken at the moment.
And Ive seen that when a domain expires the domain registrar holds the domain for about 40days incase the old owner wishes to renew it.
The domain Im looking to register will expire in about a month, so I would like to register it. but I would rather not wait that 40 or so days.

Is this possible because im sure ive seen it before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
