HE HE HEEELP, My Half-Life won't work

I can play HL with my bro by 2 networked computers, but when i try and play it over the internet, it always comes up with a message saying that my key number is wrong, i can't re install because i have no disc, is there anyway to bypass the key in sequence, so that i don't have to enter 1, i have already had a key gen, and i sat there for hours entering different ones, please help, thanx....:(

keygen keys wont work you need an original key to play online ,no way around it

As he said... The only way to play online is with a RETAIL CD KEY. If you have one, great. ONE of you can play online. The other is 'SOL'. If you don't have any, go out & buy the game for BOTH PCs.
