File tranfer thru MSN

Ok, I have a problem I can't seem to figure out, hopefully someone can help. I am trying to tranfer files through MSN but for some reason it won't let me. I get this message...

"We could not send this file because the connection is blocked. Please contact your network administrator or Internet service provider; they may be able to enable file transfers."


I have Norton Internet Security 2003 and I am assuming it is the firewall blocking it but I have tried everything I can think of and permitted everything to access the net from MSN, still get that message. I am at a loss, please help someone.

Oh and I have also tried turning my firewall off and XP's firewall is off too.

well if turning ur file wall off when u send it then back on after i cant help

but i go (internet explorer) tools/ internet options/conections settings/properties/ advanvced/untick the box /click ok(send file)repeat and tick box

and maybe stop the virus program while sending
