I have some trouble with PAL2NTSC plz HELP

I downloaded the import player light boot disk to convert my PAL psx games into NTSC but there is a prob : the games are never centered ( the screen is always too low ) and moreover the feature which normally allow u to adjust the screen pos in the game ( L1+L2+R1+R2+directionnal button ) doesnt work. I also tried to patch my games with PAL4U but eveytime the game isnt centered correctly. Anyone knows how to solve this problem ?

you have to get a proper patch for them that has the y postion fixed otherwise they will not be centered or you could just get the ntsc version of the games
