I downloaded a vcd. but I ran out of CD's so I wanted to know if there was any program that I could get to make the VCD into a cd w/ a drive. Just like Daemon tools but for VCDS

(if u wanna know what kinds of files they are here is a pic.)

I'm not an expert at this, but there is a special type of MPEG encoding that all VCDs are made for, although I don't know which encoding it is specifically. I think it's MPEG 3, But i'm not sure.

if you wanna watch it without burning it just unrar it ,then extract the movie file out of the .bin with isobuster ,then use power dvd in file mode to play the movie

well that would work, but as you see the image link I posted up there, I have all thouse files to unrar X2 cause there are 2 cds and they are .bin so It would be to much work just to watch the movie, instead of just waiting to buy cds. so is there another posible way?
