Harry potter and the philosophers stone prob!

I recently backed up this game but just after the logo's and language screens, the game starts playing then suddenly wont go any further. I used cdrwin ..... noticed this problem then tried again with b's recorder gold just making a straight backup but still the same problem in the exact same place. Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong pleaseee?

have you tried burning with clone cd ?
that will make a perfect copy.
