Harry Potter copy problem

Folks I am sort of new to thisgame , I have chipped my console and have boot cds . I have copied other games I own (cd only as I only have a cdrw) successfully . I am having problems copying my Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secets cd . Have even tried other images same problem . With the boot it comes up with one hexagon and stops .
Any ideas greatfully accepted .

what copy program are you using ?

try with clone cd.

i think u need to patch the game! u need cdrwin n the patch code wich u can find it at megagames.com uder the console section n ps2 patches and ppf-omatic. u can find a tutorial on how to patch games too. if u can't find the patch there try here: www.ps2ownz.com

You shouldn't have to patch anygame.
Just make a 1-1 copy using nero or pioneer burn max.
This is what I did and my game works great.
If you need a new image you can download mine off of kazaA lite.
But only if you have the original wink wink hehe.
Let me know if you need it.
I have a great connection speed 1.5Mbits T1 line.
Also if you need any other games let me know and I will add them to my sharefile as I have about 150 ps2 games.

accordingly to psx copyprotection list, Harry Potter is NOT protected, so any patches is not needed.

oh i thaught it was a ps2 game :p anyways since i don't need to patch my games cuz i have a non swap mod so i'm not informed of that! :grin:

hi yas!!

im in the same boat as catch 22. have an original harry potter 2 ps2 game (pal) and just cannot copy it. i have looked for a patch...cant find one. have used clonecd, cdrwin and discjuggler and all i get each time is a black screen with 2 hexagons at the bottom left of the screen. i have seen that it is not protected...
i have tried different settings on all the proggys and i still cant get it!! what am i doing wrong? i have copied many games successfully, but this one is doing my head in.

any help would be greatly appreciated :)
