Recurring error in spearhead

Everytime I try to run spearhead (patched version) I keep getting this error: "recursive error after: Couldn't load font delima-30"
This prevents me from running the expansion altogether. I have a burnt copy and 2.11 no-cd. Any help would be appreciated.

Try running from the ORIGINAL CD, and see what happens.
