xp video slowdown [Archive]

HELP !!! after upgrading to xp from me my ti4400 runs my video games slower. have athlon1.3, 620 mb,60 gb. Games ran great on me but had lots of crashes.

have u tried to change the setting so its not so detailed or change the sound settings to low?

yes i've tried all that i think it has to do with my video card settings. i've tried down loading new drivers and even dx9 but its still choppy. thanks for the info back tho !

well wot are u running (game) and wot detail and res do u have it at??

nascar 2002 i've gone from lowest setting , i think it has to du with my video card settings thanks for the reply

I have the same card and identical specs and mine runs fine. Try playing around (overclocking) your card. Ive done that with mine boosting it from 275 to 280 mhz.

thanks for the reply i ended up at overclockers club and used windows xp services removel and it worked!!! but tell me how you over clocked your card ???thanks
