C&C:generals pops when run BF1942!!!! WTF???? HELP!!!!

OK i installed C&C:generals yesterday(original cd not crakced or copied) and i played it for while then today i went to go run BF1942 and when i clicked the BF1942 icon it brings up the C&C:Generals window and asks for the Generals CD.

So i tried BF1942:Desert Combat and it did the same thing!!

Then i tried BF1942:RTR and that worked but the rest bring up C&C Generals screen!!!!

:cussing:WTF??? What do i do!!! HELP ME!!!!:cussing:

Heres what i have(might make diffrenece):
BF1942(Copy)
BF1942:RTR(Copy)
BF1942:Desert Combat(Beta off net)
C&C:generals(Original)

What happens when you use the ORIGINAL CDs for the BF 1942 games?

Now THAT is weird...
While playing, press ctrl alt del and see in the "tasks list" if Genarals is running

check where the game icons are linked to (properties).

try run this program before starting the game
