editing roms

is there a way that i can edit games from roms.

It depends on what you are trying to edit. Personally, I've edited text in various RPG games (though that's rather difficult on some games do to compression)

Also, I've edited my Star Ocean 2 save game (not really a rom but under the same category) to give me both Ernest and Ashton in the same game (it's impossible to do it normally).

All you need is a good hex editor and some knowledge about what you're doing.

yeh you can edit roms but it's realy complacated
