I don't know if this is the right place to post this. If not sorry

I bought the ps-x-change 2 from www.LevelSix.com

I got all the stuff and a disk labled as Utility Diver version 3.0p

In the case came with an explaination on why it was labled this.

I tried it and have only got to the screen with the PlayStation logo.

other times it goes to the screen that says CD-Player and Memory Card. and just stays there. and if i wait long enuff it goes to the PSX logo screen again.

Did level 6 screw me over or did i do something wrong?

thanks

There might be something wrong with the laser, you can try turning over the playstation or you could just try giving it back.
If the cd is not spinning theres a problem there.

when I 1st bought it, it only got to the PSX logo.

the more I tried it, the worse it got i think.

Now it only goes to the memory card cd-player screen.

when the white screen comes out, the cd stops spinning, goes to the memory card cd-player screen, and then starts spinning again. then it stops and goes , stops and goes

help me plz!!!

Send that crap back to LevelSix and buy the real thing (psxchange2) from consolesource.com. Ive heard more than a few people complaining about the "utility" disc not working at all. Do yourself a favor and get the real psxchange and not levelsix's knockoff.

(I have it, and tested it on a scph-1001, scph-7501, and scph-101 [psone] and it works perfectly every time.)
