Xnews question

How come a couple of files for something have the blue incomplete symbol.For the particular file it says 78/79 segments are there thats why it not complete.But if you click it so it opens so you can see each individul segement all 79 are there and if you manually tag each segement and dowload the file is complete and good ,so how come xnews is giving it a blue symbol and saying segement 79 is missing even though its there and can be downloaded fine?

Oh man i've been gyped out of a lot of files then. Yah I went and downloaded some files and then I got an error when it was all done. i closed the newsgroup went back in and downloaded it again and it was fine.
