View Full Version : Ps2 emu is finally here!!!

Just thought I would let everyone know that there is a working ps2 emu that plays some commercial games.
Not all games But some and I say thats better than nothing.
The emu is called pcsx2.
You can go to psxfanatics.com and read where to get the emu from and how to configure the emu.
So far I know for a fact that mortal combat V is running a slight bitt buggy but runs none the less.
You must download the most recent plugins. to get the emu to run
There will be a new plugin release that supports more games shortly.
Just to let you know it is suggested you have a pc with at least 1.1 Gightz and a 32mb Grfx card or higher.
Oh by the way if the psxfanatics page does not load just click on the link on that page and it should take you to the new sight.
Well theres not much more I can say but have fun and we will see what the future holds..........

I downloaded it........all you can play is demo's at the moment, and it gives you a site were to get some demo's from, looks ok, its in very early stages but isnt that how all programs are to begin with. anyway, ive uninstalled it now it seems waste of time trying to use it at the mo, give it 12 months and it should be up and running.

that link leads to the same emulater.......ive tried it so leave it out for 12 months then see how it goes...no point in trying it now all it does is play some demos that you have to load from the site it gives you.....
