I found the "Emulateur Sega Megadrive pour Dreamcast + 429 roms - DJ3-.....". It is working but I can`t save. Am I doing something wrong or is it not possible? Thanks!

It may not be possible. Check the documentation that came with the emulator. Also, an easy thing to over look is making sure you have blocks free on your memcard/VMU.
