Adding to ISOs

Curious, I have an iso but before I burn the game back onto cd i wanna put some files onto it. How do I do this? Can I use iso buster to extract all the files then put them back together again into an iso? Or is there some slightly more complicated method?

which types of files you want to add?

try with iso buster, extract to hdd, apply files then make a new iso.

or you can burn the iso to a cd, then apply the files then burn back as iso.

@micro, .exe files. I wanna put the latest update onto the game. well like add it to the cd so i can run it from there and not have to search on the web for it
