I cant seem to find the name of this mid 1980s arcade game, heres a description of it

Side scrolling platform like turrican, each level is a planet with a boss at the end, its like the game turrican on amiga, one of the planets you go to is a water planet.

I know it not much to go on but thats all I can think of.
