best gb emu?

my 3rd system anit very good powerful a duron 900 and the mobo onboard 64meg grahics card and 180 megs of 100 mhz sdram. now to the point im looking for the best gb emu i use visualboy advance on my other systems but it dont cut it on my 3rd i need an emu for the gb that works at full speed with good sound. ive been to zophars but there is buckets on them out there and to download them all and try them will take for every.

Well if you mean Gameboy Advance then try Boycott Advance, It's the 2nd best emu for GB/GBA. Go to NGemu.com (http://www.ngemu.com/gba) and you'll find it.
