For some reason I'm never able to download from there. I used to be able to but can't seem to anymore. Click the link and wait, wait, and wait. But still get nothing. Even tried to vote but still didn't seem to work.

I've been to this site as well, and it does not seem to work at all.
But it does say to keep trying and better time to download is on weekends, but I still have no success downloading roms.
