Metal Gear Solid 2 help

uhm I'm kinda new here so I'm not gonna use all the fancy cra.p available.... I need some help regarding Metal Gear Solid 2 for Ps2... The thing is: I've collected every single dog-tag in both the tanker and plant missions (wasn't that hard anyway) but I'm supposed to get a wig when I start a new game from tha same savegame right? or am I missing something?

just keep playing, the "wig" will be granted after play the game at least twice. :)
