Ok, I am new to this what are trainers and how do you use them.

A trainer is cheats, the way to use it:
1)download it.
2)unzip the file.
3)go to the directory of the game and replace the file from the directory. (the files icon will look the same)
4)Run it.
5)then run the normal game and it will start cheating.
