Network Adapter

HELP!...please. I just got the network adapter... I can't get it to work. I am using MSN for my ISP (It's all I have). I put in the info correctly.... I still would NOT let me use it. All it would tell me is, Login Failed. Double Check Your User ID and Password. I don't understand. Is it MSN? Am I doing something wrong? I don't get this. I am about to take the damn thing back. I have been looking foward to this for months and my game store FINALLY got it in after being back ordered for a couple months. Can someone please help. Maybe that uses MSN (Dial Up) for their Network Adapter. Or someone who is using an "other" ISP besides what is on there. I am so lost. Thanx

I will talk for my own experience.

My network adapter doesn't work with www.prtc.net (ISP) but work fine with www.coqui.net (ISP).
maybe you are experiencing the same problem , try another ISP (if you can) before take it back to the store.

Well.... After hours of calling sony and such.... I found out that MSN doesn't work with the NA for TWO reasons.

1: MSN has propriatry installed software (their custom browser and so forth)

2: MSN won't allow their service to be used with the NA because they are considered the competition because of the XBox and so on.

So..... F*** MSN. I changed to Earthlink DSL!
