PC To TV

Im using the tv out on a Geforce 4 mx 440 using the standard cable supplied when its connected the colour on the tv is funny its sort of reddy (red). I want to use it for playing dvds through power dvd xp 4.0 but because of the colour problems it looks crappy.
Does anybody know of a solution for this? Is it normal?
Its a PAL tv and the graphics card is from ennyah.

Any help would be great as i cant stand this monitor im using.

My suggestion: Make sure that in the configuration you are using the lowest possible quality color and the lowest possible resolution ;)

Try using a different cable. Its almost certain that thats the problem.
