The Sims wont install in english!

Ive tryed everything and The Sims always installs in Spanish. I got it from sharereactor and burnt with clone cd 2 times to be sure. I click english and it installs in Spanish! In the release from share it says the game is english. Is there any way to change a file or folder after install to make it in english?
