Kazaa is freezing! [Archive]

I've never had a problem with kazaa...but now it freezes...I use kazaa lite 2.0...I suppose the reason is cause I downloaded a program to get more participation...well the problems started with the program so I uninstalled it...but the problem still exists...I've reinstalled kazaa....nothing seems to help....please help me out! I use W98 SE...

EDIT: I think I got rid of the problem...my old DAT-files aren't very accepted by kazaa and when I add them it starts to freeze...thanks for the help anyway!

uninstall all previous kaaza versions, then install the latest version

Have you tried accepting the " Update " they offer .. that usually kills off the " participation " crack ;)
