now i'm confused first i thaugt his wife killed him but after seen this pic i think he killed him self, what do you think?

Well, to tell you the truth, the case will never really be solved. The problem with this, though, is that there is so much proof on one side but the other side has better evidence that is shoved to the side. The fact is, there is very little information that is eligible for proving that he had commited a suicide attempt. There are no explinations that are credible for the lack of finger prints on the gun, why the handwriting changes half way through the suicide note, and why there is official evidence that Courtney Love was going to pay a hitman to kill her husband over three times. Again, it is possible that this was a VERY WELL planned out suicide attempt, but if he DID kill himself, there is no arguement that Courtney would have to be arrested, and anyone else involved in Kobain's death. The fact is, if this was all a suicide, he couldn't have planned it out and done everything by himself. Therefor, it is easy to see that this could have been most possibly an assassination committed by either Kobain's wife, Courtney Love, or other enemies (and believe me he had many! ;) ) - But then again, I think most of this stuff they say is Bull****, so it all depends on how you think about it ;)

Yeah, one reason the cops dont want to look back into the case is because, after his "suicide" many dedicated fans committed suicide themselves. If they open the case back up and find out he was actually murdered there would be a huge backlash at the police from those communitys who lost a loved one by suicide after kurts death.

Yes that is EXACTLY right GC, you hit it on the mark. The fact is, the police are starting to not care about the case either. Only a few people that are not in the FBI even take the friggin time to figure out what really happened. It is just so sad because he inspired so many people, and when they don't even know how he died - man he could have suffered from being murdered - it really just is cruel -

Also, yes I HAVE seen those pics - I have both of them - the one with the automatic rifle on my wall as a poster and I have a suicide picture on my hard drive.
