For ppl who wants to monitor a child/share users who loves your computer a little too much, to the detriment of there daily dose of sunshine. You can find out how long your Windows XP computer has been up and running with these simple steps:
Open your command prompt by going to Start > Run and typing "cmd" without the quotes.
Type at the prompt, again without quotes, "net statistics workstation" and hit enter.
The first information you see will tell you how long the computer has been on.
