MP3 Joining

Anyone know of a mp3 joining program that when it joins the mp3s 2gether it also gives you a .cue sheet that tells where each track stops and starts ??

I don't know of any off hand, but give Sound Forge a try, it's one of the best progs Ive used to edit/create MP3 files.
