Age of Mythology

Need help fast

I have Age of mythology and haveing trouble installing it.

When i install the 2 disks and i need to copy over the crack. When this sis done and i try to play it, i get as far as the starting movie and then a mesage appears saying that it has failed to initialise.

i knwo i works as my firend has intalled it. i have windows xp, would this be a problem

theres another program u have to install to get the game workin...
c what installers u have in ur game folder, there must b one named msxmlemu.exe (or somethin like that) install it n the game should work now.
