backing up tony hawk 4 for ps1

I have the PAL ps1 and would like to make a back up copy of tony hawk 4 can it be done and if so how?

Use cdrwin,and just do a straight copy of it mate.

I have tried backing up thps4 using nero, clonecd and cdrwin.
nero wouldnt do it, clone cd did but when I put in my (chipped) psx(pal) it came up as a black screen with a thick grey line and when I use cdrwin i get this message
" Unable to read data in sectors 316440 to 316466 on device 0:0:0
Illegal command request (04h 00h 02h 05h 64h 00h)"
and then my mouse freezes up has anyone made a successful backup yet? I would like to make a back up that actually workd

If you are getting data errors when reading then the source cd you are using is damaged.

is there an updated site to check protection as that one only goes to thps2.

maybe I should wait a few months as the game has only been out a month or so
