How does MAME work?

MAME emulates the exact Arcade game

They require MAME roms to play, but you can also play NEOGEO roms on MAME, www.mame.net is the official site for it.. you can find the roms on any p2p file share program.

hey aman9090, I went to the website and have no idea what I need to download for the emulation, theres so many files, which one or ones do I download , and where do I get the roms from?
I want to use in win98se. have pentium 3 .

Remember though that official releases are dos based, meaning you must run it from the command line.

As aman says, you can find roms on p2p progs like kazaa etc..

To play neogeo roms you'll also need the neogeo bios, which you can also get from p2p..
