As a keen supporter of Greyhound Adoption Program's in Australia i saw a segment on a tv program (Better Homes and Gardens) with Dr Harry Cooper.

I have a few people that want to see it but dont have a decent internet connection - its currently on their page so im wondering if i there is anyway of downloading it from their site...

their site and links are
Yahoo! (http://cosmos.bcst.yahoo.com/up/player/popup/?rn=1341467&cl=10242517&src=y7lifestyle&ch=) (actual clip)
Greyhound Adoption - Better Homes and Gardens (http://au.lifestyle.yahoo.com/b/better-homes-gardens/9196/greyhound-adoption/) (link to the article... which has link to the video)

i would much appreciate it if anyone can rip it and host it or let me know what i need to do

The easiest way to download a FLV file, is to use FireFox with an addon such as this one:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006

Hmm, I tried the Yahoo video using a couple of addons, and no luck.
One other thing that might work, is clearing history/temp files, watching the video, then looking for the .flv file in the temporary internet files folder.
One other way to do it for sure, would work but requires more time, and that is using screen recording software such as Camtasia or FRAPS.
